About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer / Technical Architect with deep expertise in .NET Core / .NET 8+ and Azure-first architecture who can contribute immediately in a highly technical, enterprise environment.

This is NOT a pure architect or managerial role — the ideal candidate must be highly hands-on, actively coding, reviewing code, troubleshooting production issues, and designing scalable Azure-native solutions.

You will support enterprise applications for a private equity client, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using .NET Core / .NET 8+
• Own architecture and technical design for Azure-native enterprise solutions
• Build and optimize systems leveraging Azure PaaS services
• Perform 70–80% hands-on coding
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce best practices
• Develop microservices, APIs, integrations, and background workers
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Implement Azure-native observability (App Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure delivery excellence

✅ Mandatory Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)

.NET / Backend

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#
• .NET 8+ preferred
• REST APIs, middleware, dependency injection
• Microservices architecture
• Unit testing, debugging, performance tuning
• Production troubleshooting

Azure (Azure-first is mandatory)

• Azure App Services
