Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Level.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, scripting, debugging, integrations, and maintaining existing configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with strong knowledge of ITIL/service management processes.

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification or similar credential.
• Experience documenting integration design, configuration, customization, and technical support processes.
