Our team is looking for a forward-thinking, hard-working, and motivated Engineering Program Manager to partner with a variety of cross-functional Apple teams to support chemical regulatory deliverables and engagement. We are looking for self-motivated, fast learners with excellent verbal and written communication skills who are eager to collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to drive the adoption of innovative solutions through product design and engineering, directed at creating world-class products using materials that protect human and environmental health in support of Apple's Smarter Chemistry goals. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and objectives, and help navigate conflicts and competing priorities with diplomacy and data-driven insights.

Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent \n5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics and chemical regulatory compliance \nDemonstrated track record in chemical regulatory advocacy\nDemonstrated familiarity with global environmental product compliance requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH) and standards (e.g., IEEE 1680.1)\nKnowledge and experience in green chemistry and the human and environmental health impacts of chemicals\nDemonstrated track record monitoring and ensuring compliance to restricted substance regulations and standards in the electronics sector\nProficiency in program management - leading, organizing, and driving work you're doing of complex projects with tight timelines\nAbility to guide and influence cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering team collaboration.\nStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly organize and convey information across functions and levels.\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills\nEager to learn and be part of a team\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally

MSME/MSEE/MSCE or MBA preferred, but not required\nWorking knowledge of medical device hardware, testing, and manufacturing processes\nTechnical project/product management experience\nKnowledge in analytical testing (spectroscopic, chromatographic, and wet chemistry) and toxicology methods
