SAP S/4HANA DTP (Demand to Plan) – Assembly Processing (Project System CO & Logistic) Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA DTP (Demand to Plan) Assembly Processing (Project Systems CO & Logistic) resource to support, design, and optimize end-to-end planning and execution processes within SAP S/4HANA.   This role is focused to Assembly Processing with Parameter Effectively, which is the logistic side of parameter effectively using Networks. 
Must:
?       Aerospace and Defense history is a must as this role is specific to parameter effectivity.
?       Understand the integration via Flat BoM with PLM (Parameter Effectively MBoM/Routing)
?       Understand the integration to Parameter Effectively Master Production Schedule (MPS) to generate the plan schedule (requirement dates) for MRP
?       Understand the integration via MES/MOM on actual progress of completion of Installation Part.  Updating progress and goods movement on the Parameter Effectivity Network Activity for actual progress
 
Nice to have:
?       Nice to have is understanding of the integration to PMMO.

This is not a MRP role
 
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and assembly processing, with hands-on experience in configuring and integrating SAP planning and manufacturing processes to support business objectives.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure efficient planning, accurate demand fulfillment, and seamless assembly processing within an integrated SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Design & Configuration
?       Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Demand to Plan (DTP) processes with a focus on Assembly Processing
?       Configure and optimize demand planning, supply planning, and assembly-related processes in S/4HANA
?       Translate business requirements into functional designs, specifications, and process flows
?       Ensure alignment of planning strategies with manufacturing and assembly execution
Business Process Integration
?       Integrate DTP processes with related SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, IBP/APO (if applicable), and EWM
?       Support planning scenarios including Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Assemble-to-Order (ATO)
?       Enable accurate demand signals, material availability, and assembly scheduling
