As we approach platform launch, we are implementing key AI capabilities, refining the user experience, and preparing for market adoption.

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Product / Head of Product to partner directly with the Founder and lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Client platform.

This is not a traditional product management role. You will own the entire product lifecycle—from strategy and prioritization to launch, user adoption, monetization, and long-term growth. You will work closely with engineering, design, AI, data, and external development teams to transform an ambitious AI-powered platform into a market-leading solution for commercial real estate professionals.

 

Your mission is simple:

Build a product that users adopt, rely on, and are willing to pay for.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management and product leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of building and launching complex digital platforms.
  • Experience leading products from launch through growth and market adoption.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
  • Background in one or more of the following:
    • B2B SaaS
    • AI and data products
    • Marketplaces
    • Professional networks
    • Commercial real estate technology
  • Experience creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong understanding of modern web and mobile product development.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Generative AI and LLMs
    • AI agents and agentic workflows
    • Search, recommendation, and matching systems
    • APIs and integrations
    • Data platforms and analytics
    • Experimentation and product metrics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and evaluate technical trade-offs without writing production code.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate technology or PropTech.
  • Exposure to marketplace or network-based platforms.
  • Experience with AI-first product organizations.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
  • Familiarity with monetization strategies and subscription business models.
