Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Plan and manage IT projects, including budgets, schedules, scope, resources, risks, dependencies, and project documentation using established project management practices.
- Lead technical software development teams and customer-focused Integrated Product Teams while coordinating delivery across business, technology, and stakeholder groups.
- Manage Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery activities, requirements, business process analysis, Azure DevOps work items, and project portfolio management processes.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in IT project management, Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery, project budgeting, technical team management, requirements analysis, UAT, and project portfolio management.
