Role: Salesforce Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Role Overview
Develops Salesforce solutions following Agile (Scrum) methodologies on client's Agile team. Hands-on programming with Apex, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC). Implements no-code configurations (Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules).
End-to-end Salesforce technical delivery including classic-to-lightning upgrades, data migrations, 3rd party integrations via oAuth/REST/SOAP APIs. Supports multiple environments with coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect analysis. On-call support required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components.
- Implement no-code solutions (Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules).
- Execute classic-to-lightning upgrades, data migrations, systems integrations.
- Integrate 3rd party apps using oAuth, REST/SOAP APIs (JSON/XML).
- Support full SDLC: coding standards, change control, version management.
- Perform peer reviews, defect root cause analysis, troubleshooting.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, deliver per Definition of Done.
- Available for on-call production support.
Required Experience (8+ Years Each):
- Salesforce: Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components.
- No-code configurations: Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules.
- SDLC processes: coding standards, change control, version management.
- Salesforce architecture assessment and secure technical solutions on Force.com.
- End-to-end Salesforce: classic-to-lightning upgrades, data migrations, integrations, 3rd party apps, custom development.
- Authentication protocols (oAuth) and core web tech (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
- Salesforce integrations with cloud/on-premises apps using REST APIs.
Preferred Experience:
- 4+ years DevOps (CI/CD, Flosum, Git).
- 2+ years custom Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
- 2+ years Agile Software Development Methodologies.
Technical Skills: Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce), Flows/Process Builder, REST/SOAP APIs, oAuth, HTML5/JavaScript, Agile/Scrum.
