We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead to join a leading organization in the aviation and aerospace domain. Candidates with Aerospace or Airline industry experience are highly preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead end-to-end QA testing activities across internal applications
✔️ Create test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
✔️ Execute Functional, Regression, Integration & UAT testing
✔️ Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
✔️ Collaborate with PMs, Developers, Business Analysts & QA teams
✔️ Ensure QA standards, SOX compliance, and best practices
✔️ Mentor and guide junior QA team members
✔️ Prepare quality dashboards and test progress reports

🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 5+ years of QA/Testing experience
✅ 3+ years as QA Lead / QA Manager
✅ Strong SQL knowledge for data validation/testing
✅ ISTQB or TMAP Certification required
✅ Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
✅ Experience testing financial and cloud-based enterprise applications
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

📋 SOX compliance knowledge

🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
