The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
18+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, solution delivery, architecture, engineering, or technology operations.
10+ years of people leadership experience, including responsibility for global, matrixed, or partner-supported technical teams.
7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including leadership across multiple clouds, business domains, or enterprise programs.
Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation, legacy platform migration, global rollout, or enterprise modernization programs.
Experience establishing platform governance, a Center of Excellence, architecture standards, release governance, and product or portfolio operating models.
Experience overseeing solution, technical, data, security, and integration architecture for complex cloud ecosystems.
Experience with Salesforce delivery lifecycle practices, including Agile delivery, DevOps, automated testing, environment strategy, release management, incident management, and production support.
Experience governing AI-enabled business solutions, including data readiness, approved use cases, human oversight, testing, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
Experience managing budgets, workforce plans, vendor contracts, statements of work, licensing, managed services, and executive-level portfolio reporting
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following: Field Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud
Salesforce certifications preferred.
