Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain scalable web applications and reusable, modular frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS, while supporting responsive and accessible digital experiences.
Build backend services, APIs, and middleware using Node.js; integrate RESTful services based on OpenAPI specifications; and develop data models and serverless workflows to support enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain cloud-based application components and event-driven services, optimizing website performance, accessibility, search engine visibility, and user engagement.
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver digital solutions, participate in architecture discussions, and support AI-assisted capabilities such as embedding generation, vector search, and intelligent content retrieval.
collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SOC processes and security operations.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
7+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack web application development, JavaScript programming, frontend development, backend services, and enterprise application integration.
Technical Skills:
JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, REST APIs, OpenAPI
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience developing and supporting enterprise digital platforms, high-traffic websites, customer-facing applications, and scalable web experiences.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting business operations.
Experience supporting digital content management, content delivery, search engine optimization, accessibility, and user engagement across enterprise web environments.
Experience supporting AI-enabled digital solutions involving intelligent content retrieval, semantic search, and integration of advanced content discovery capabilities.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Strapi, or comparable headless CMS solutions.
Experience developing serverless applications and event-driven architectures using AWS services, including AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
Exposure to AI/LLM technologies such as AWS Bedrock, vector databases, embedding generation, and semantic search solutions.
