HVAC Technician

Description:

• Perform assignments involving repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• These systems include, but are not limited to air handlers, exhaust fans, roof top package units, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC controls.
• The candidate will also be expected to perform general building maintenance activities and respond to emergency issues within buildings.

• Will maintain in-house maintenance capabilities

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma and HVAC trade school certification preferred
• Work Experience: 5 years of HVAC experience
• Team building (works well with others in a group setting)
• Knowledge of building management systems (ALC software is a plus)
• Ability to share knowledge of HVAC systems with co-workers
