Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Systems Engineer Support Analyst within the Executive Transport Services and Support (ETS&S) division in Oklahoma City, OK.

[Boeing Defense, Space, & Security (BDS) located in Oklahoma City, is seeking Systems Engineers to ensure that systems are specified, executed and verified properly. This position will see projects through from customer need to execution and certification of the modification. ]

This position will be working in the Executive Transport group supporting one of the following platforms C32/C40, E-4, Head of State Aircraft for Japan, India, New Zealand and Poland,

Boeing OKC also supports the following platforms; Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) for US, Saudi and NATO, Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEWC) for Australia, Turkey, United Kingdom and Korea, B-1 Strike Bomber, B-2 Stealth Bomber, B-52 Heavy Bomber, and the ALCM weapon. These platforms continue to be updated to keep them relevant and supportive of emerging military systems. Upgrades include state-of-the-art radar systems, hypersonic weapons systems, and cutting edge digital communication infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support FAA and Military Certification
  • Support system verification and validation of requirements
  • Support cross-functional teams, working groups, program, and customer meetings and technical design reviews
  • Develop and deliver SEIT products such as architecture models/documents, requirements databases, specifications, reports, etc.
  • Collaborate with customer organizations

This position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Associate Degree
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and create plans for executing on deliverables
  • Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Airworthiness and Certification (including FAA, EASA, Military)
  • Experience in ICD development, logical architecture, requirements development, specification development, system functions and SSOW development.
  • Experience in System Architecture Development and Modeling tools (CAMEO/MSOSA, Rhapsody)
  • Experience in Requirements Management and tools (i.e. IBM DOORs)
  • Experience in verification & validation of requirements
  • Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management
  • Experience project engineering and executing system design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
  • Experience in systems integration and test including lab integration, ground test, and flight test
  • INCOSE Certification

Summary pay range:

Associate: $75,650 - $102,350

Experienced $92,650 - $125,350
