Program Manager

Description
Lead multiple concurrent programs, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align execution, aggregate results, and drive measurable business impact. This role owns program governance, health monitoring, financial tracking, and risk management while synthesizing complex initiatives into clear executive narratives. The successful candidate demonstrates strong program fundamentals with hands-on proficiency in industry-standard PM tools (Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets), coupled with forward-thinking capabilities to leverage AI and automation for enhanced efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. Requires 5-7+ years of progressive program management experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders in matrix environments, with proven ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results independently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
