Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on API Architect to design and lead the API layer for an enterprise Azure Data Hub. The role will focus on API architecture, reactive Java development, large-file transfer, Azure integration, security, and scalable data services.
Key Skills:
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor
- Expert in REST, OpenAPI, API design, contract-first development, and versioning
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, AKS/App Service/Container Apps
- Azure Event Hubs, Service BKafka, ADLS Gen2, Entra ID, Key Vault
- Experience with OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, mTLS, RBAC, private endpoints, and API security
- Strong knowledge of large file transfer, streaming, resumable uploads/downloads
- Python for automation and testing
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, monitoring and observability
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and integration architecture skills
