Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Deployment Program Lead to oversee the successful deployment of enterprise IT solutions across our global manufacturing network. This role will focus on program managing the rollout of global solutions at the site level, ensuring that each deployment is executed effectively and delivers measurable operational and business value.

Unlike roles focused on solution development, this position will not be responsible for designing or building global solutions with IT. Instead, the Site Deployment Program Lead will ensure that solutions developed centrally are successfully implemented, integrated, and adopted at each manufacturing site.

The role will coordinate deployment activities across 16 manufacturing sites, providing leadership and structure to ensure consistent rollout, strong stakeholder engagement, and effective change management.

This individual will manage a network of site integration leads and dedicated business deployment resources, ensuring that each implementation meets both technical requirements and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment Program Leadership

Lead the overall program management for the site deployment of global IT solutions across manufacturing sites.

Develop and maintain the site deployment roadmap, rollout sequencing, and program governance structure to ensure coordinated and efficient implementation across the network.

Ensure each site deployment is delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with expected business outcomes.

Site Deployment Management

Oversee the planning and execution of individual site deployments, ensuring readiness across business, operational, and technical dimensions.

Work closely with site integration leads to coordinate local deployment activities including system integration, data preparation, testing, and cutover planning.

Ensure that lessons learned from early deployments are incorporated into future rollout waves to continuously improve the deployment approach.

Leadership of Site Integration Teams

Provide leadership and direction to site integration leads across the 16 manufacturing sites.

Coordinate with dedicated site business resources assigned to support deployments, ensuring they have the guidance and support required for successful implementation.

Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels between global program leadership and site-level teams.

Business Value Realization

Ensure that deployed solutions deliver measurable operational improvements and business value at each site.

Work with site leadership and functional teams to ensure new solutions are effectively adopted and embedded into daily operations.

Monitor deployment outcomes and identify opportunities to improve adoption, performance, and operational impact.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the primary liaison between global solution teams, IT delivery teams, and site leadership during deployment phases.

Ensure alignment between centrally developed solutions and site-specific operational requirements.

Support escalation management and resolution of issues that arise during deployment activities.

Deployment Readiness & Change Management

Ensure each site is fully prepared for solution deployment by coordinating:

• Deployment planning
• Site readiness assessments
• Business process alignment
• End-user training and adoption activities
• Go-live support and stabilization

Promote strong change management practices to support successful implementation across the network.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in program management, manufacturing operations, and enterprise system deployments within complex global manufacturing environments.

Must Have

Education

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

Industry Experience

10 15 years of experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, operations transformation, or enterprise system deployments in a regulated manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or similar).

Deployment Program Experience

Proven experience leading or coordinating large-scale system deployments across multiple manufacturing sites.

Experience managing complex deployment programs involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and geographically distributed sites.

Manufacturing Operations Understanding

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the challenges associated with implementing new systems within production environments.

Ability to bridge the gap between technical implementation teams and operational site leadership.

Leadership & Communication

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate activities across site leadership, operational teams, IT delivery teams, and external partners.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex programs across multiple sites.

Strongly Preferred

Enterprise System Deployment Experience

Experience supporting the deployment of enterprise platforms such as:

• ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Planning systems
• Quality or engineering systems

Global Manufacturing Network Experience

Experience coordinating deployments across multiple manufacturing sites in a global network.

Experience managing wave-based deployment programs across large organizations.

Change Management & Adoption

Experience driving adoption of new technologies and processes within operational environments.

Ability to ensure solutions are successfully embedded within site operations and deliver sustained value.

Role Impact

This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring that global digital solutions are successfully deployed and adopted across the manufacturing network. The successful candidate will help translate global technology investments into real operational improvements at the site level, ensuring that each deployment delivers measurable business value and strengthens operational capabilities across the organization.
