Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in NetSuite to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities and capabilities, along with proven leadership skills to guide a team of technical professionals. This role is pivotal in driving technical projects, ensuring best practices, and delivering high quality solutions that meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

·         Oversee the design, development, and implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of NetSuite, providing expert guidance and support.

·         Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

·         Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

·         Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.

·         Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing processes.

·         Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer for team members and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

·         Extensive experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and integration.

·         Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and projects.

·         Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.

·         Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

·         Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience with other ERP systems and cloud based solutions.

·         Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, SuiteScript, or SQL.

·         Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

·         Certifications related to NetSuite or project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         7 10 years of relevant experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on NetSuite.

·         Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
