Summary

Backup and Storage Lead - Princeton, NJ

We are seeking for a Backup & Storage Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Veritas NetBackup, Rubrik, and NetApp. This is a critical onsite role supporting enterprise storage and backup environments, acting as an escalation point and technical SME.

Location: Princeton, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: Contract 6+ Months
Rate: $55-60/hr

Key Skills Required:

Backup: Veritas NetBackup (Master/Media, MSDP, AIR), Rubrik CDM (SLA, replication, archival), Commvault
Storage: NetApp FAS/AFF (ONTAP, SnapMirror, CIFS/NFS), Dell PowerStore & PowerMax
SAN: Brocade zoning, ISL, firmware upgrades
Performance tuning, RCA, capacity planning
Monitoring: OpsCenter, Rubrik Reports, CloudIQ, OnCommand
ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management

Experience:

8+ years NetBackup (incl. Dell Data Domain)
2+ years Rubrik CDM
5+ years Dell EMC storage
4+ years NetApp ONTAP
Strong customer-facing and vendor coordination experience

Notes:
Profiles must be Backup + Storage focused (not pure system administrators)
