Job Details

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, design partners, and field staff to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track

Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or public construction
  • Proven experience managing projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, municipal, or corporate environments
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Experience with delivery methods such as Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with public-sector projects and stakeholder coordination
  • Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
  • Ability to foster long-term client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
