Summary

We are seeking a Senior Mainframe z/OS System Programmer to support IBM z15/z16 mainframe environments as part of an enterprise zCloud platform supporting federal and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Install, customize, and maintain z/OS 2.5+ environments
Perform MVS systems programming, system performance tuning, and problem resolution
Ensure security compliance with Federal STIG requirements
Administer RACF / ACF2 / Top Secret security
Manage SMP/E software maintenance and patching
Support IPL processes, multiple LPARs, storage, and backup
Create and manage change requests using ServiceNow

Required Skills:

10+ years of z/OS systems programming experience
Strong experience with IBM mainframe (z15/z16)
Hands-on with SMP/E, security audits, and encryption
Experience in regulated or federal environments preferred
