Summary

Role Overview- Local to Atlanta GA(preferred)

We are looking for a high-impact Client Partner with a strong background in Consumer Product Goods and Services or Ecommerce industries to drive strategic account growth, demand generation, and large deal pursuits.

This role requires a farmer mindset with hunting capability someone who can deepen executive relationships, create new opportunities through ideation, and drive cross-sell / up-sell across digital, AMS, Testing, Cloud, and platform solutions.

Desired Experience

  • 15+ years in IT Services / Consulting Sales experience, local to Atlanta GA
  • Proven success in farming and expanding with Consumer Product Goods and Services.
  • Track record of closing large ($5M+) deals / multi-year engagements
  • Strong exposure to platform ecosystems and alliance selling models
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Farming & Growth
    1. Own and grow strategic accounts within Consumer Product Goods and Services verticals
    2. Build trusted relationships with CXO, Business and IT leadership
    3. Drive structured account planning and execution aligned to growth targets
    4. Identify whitespace opportunities and expand footprint across business units
  2. Ideation & Demand Formation
    1. Partner with client senior stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps and transformation initiatives
    2. Create and maintain strong qualified pipeline (3 5X coverage of revenue target)
    3. Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft compelling value propositions
  3. Deal Structuring & Expansion
    1. Build win strategies, orchestrate executive connects, and manage deal governance
    2. Identify opportunities to bundle services and create long-term managed services constructs
    3. Drive commercial structuring, negotiation, and closure
    4. Deliver target account margin through disciplined deal shaping and portfolio mix
    5. Expand services portfolio footprint across: AMS, Digital, Testing, AI/Data, Platforms (Salesforce) etc.
  4. Alliance & Partner GTM
    1. Collaborate with strategic alliances such as AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Databricks, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Workday etc.
    2. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, and partner-led demand generation
    3. Leverage partner programs to create pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
  5. Account Plan Governance
    1. Create and execute structured Account Plans with measurable growth KPIs
    2. Align internal stakeholders (bid management, delivery, solutioning, finance, legal functions) to drive execution .Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure revenue predictability
