Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP UAT Lead / Functional Tester to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for SAP projects. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP functional knowledge and experience managing testing processes, coordinating with business users, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP UAT activities from planning through execution.

• Define test strategies, test plans, and testing processes.

• Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.

• Coordinate with business users, developers, and support teams.

• Track defects, monitor testing progress, and provide status reports.

• Facilitate UAT meetings and stakeholder communications.

• Ensure testing standards and quality processes are followed.

• Support end-to-end validation across SAP and integrated systems

Required Skills:

• Strong SAP functional testing experience

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • SAP MM (Materials Management)

  • SAP SM (Service Management)

• Experience leading UAT teams and testing activities

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and managing defects

• Experience with Quality Center or similar testing tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects

• SAP Logistics Execution (LE) experience

• SAP FI knowledge

• Retail or e industry experience

• PMP Certification

• Experience creating training materials and conducting user training

Preferred Background:

• SAP SD/MM/SM Functional Consultant

• SAP UAT Lead or Test Lead

• SAP Functional Tester

• SAP Business Analyst with SAP Testing experience
