Job Description
Responsibilities:
Accountable for overall delivery of a set of integrated, technically sound solutions for their assigned programs and/or projects especially claims related processes.
Function as the primary point of contact for the technical components of the project to the Program/Project Manager and ISD Management.
Accountable for the overall leadership for the technical deliverables for their assigned project.
Accountable for the accuracy and reporting of the project schedule and status (relative to time, cost, and scope) to the assigned Program/Project Manager.
Manage the technical resource budgets to plan. Analyze and justify resource burn rates and escalate to the Program/Project Manager as appropriate.
Develop the technical components of the work estimates throughout the project life cycle through assigned staff.
Identify the technical resource requirements and ensures that the requirements are entered into the time reporting system (Clarity) for reporting and tracking.
Attend project meetings, providing project status to the Project/Program Manager and assumes the ownership for the delivery of the technical components of the project.
Experience working with technical tools like SoapUI and Postman and ability to do POCs or testing using these tools as needed.
Address and resolve technical issues.
Act as the escalation point on technical issues.
Deliver the technical components of the project with a focus on meeting the defined delivery time, budgetary and quality commitments.
Present a cohesive view of the technical components of the project.
Ensure that the technical team works together and seamlessly provides project deliverables through teamwork.
Communicate with stakeholders on service performance and issues.
Deliver the overall quality of the technical project artifacts and make sure production processes like claims are running within SLAs and hitting KPIs.
Maintain the Estimate to Complete (ETC) monthly project re-forecasting process for their assigned project (s).
Deliver the assigned SDLC artifacts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience as a developer/technical lead
5+ years of experience of building and using Webservices and with SQL server.
5+ Years of Experience working with technical tools like SoapUI and Postman and ability to do POCs or testing using these tools as needed.
Previous experience designing, developing and supporting APIs using BizTalk or MuleSoft s AnyPoint Platform or similar middleware technology. Although not mandatory will be beneficial.
Previous experience of creating technical artifacts like Solution blueprint and technical design documents.
For code management and testing and review, have experience with TFS and Azure DevOps
Must be technical, experience with past development work, agile/waterfall SDLC
Previous Healthcare EDI experience although not mandatory will be beneficial.
Must have an Android or iOS device which is compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app.
