Job Description

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically. This includes determining the priority for test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios. You will also be designing documentation for automated processes.

This QA Engineer Automated contractor position performs Quality Assurance activities for an application for the Contract Operations team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test cases using Playwright or similar technology, as well as developing and maintaining test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Additionally, you will perform manual testing as required, track test case execution, establish regular automated schedules for test cases, and use Jira to log and track defects. Experience working in an Agile environment is a must, and you will support the development team in dev, test, UAT, and production, troubleshoot test cases as required, and lead UAT testing activities as needed.

Responsibilities:

Design automated tests and create scripts for testing functions.
Determine test scenario priorities and create execution plans.
Develop and maintain automated test cases using Playwright or similar technology.
Develop and maintain test scripts for manual and automated testing.
Perform manual testing as required.
Track test case execution and establish automated test schedules.
Log and track defects using Jira.
Support development team in various testing activities.
Lead UAT testing activities as needed.

3	Preferred	Experience in accessibility testing
