Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Elastic technologies. This role involves supporting solution architecture, leading small to mid-level implementations, and contributing to successful project delivery while working under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a supporting role under the direction of Consulting Architects on various projects
• Execute tasks with guidance from senior team members and gradually lead assigned projects
• Design and implement simple Elastic-based solutions
• Independently handle smaller, well-defined, less complex projects
• Plan, execute, and successfully deliver assigned engagements
• Create and submit product enhancement requests
• Prepare and deliver consulting reports for at least one primary solution
• Identify additional strategic or business opportunities within engagements
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to organizational goals
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Elastic Certified Engineer (or willingness to obtain within 2 months)
• Good understanding of one primary specialization within Elastic ecosystem
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Comfortable with travel requirements (if applicable)

Experience Requirements

• 4–7 years of overall relevant experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a Consulting Engineer or similar role
