Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer to support enterprise‑wide AI adoption and productivity transformation initiatives. This role focuses on end‑user training, prompt coaching, change management, and measurable adoption outcomes for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator and enablement professional with hands‑on experience training business users on Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications and driving sustained usage through structured learning and adoption programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor‑led training (virtual and onsite), webinars, demos, and hands‑on labs for Microsoft 365 Copilot
(Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related M365 tools) - Train users on effective prompting techniques, best practices, and real‑world Copilot use cases
- Facilitate role‑based workshops, office hours, and guided walkthroughs aligned to business workflows
- Support AI adoption and change management efforts to drive awareness, confidence, and habit formation
- Conduct persona‑based training sessions aligned to daily job tasks and productivity scenarios
- Create and maintain training materials including slide decks, demo scripts, lab guides, and quick reference documents
- Partner with business stakeholders, program leads, and change teams to reinforce learning and adoption
- Support train‑the‑trainer initiatives to enable internal teams to scale Copilot training
- Track training effectiveness, user engagement, and adoption feedback to continuously improve enablement
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement
- Proven background in enterprise training, facilitation, or digital adoption
- Experience delivering training for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of AI / Generative AI concepts and practical prompt coaching
- Experience running workshops, webinars, and interactive learning sessions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business‑friendly use cases
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years overall experience in training, enablement, adoption, or productivity transformation
- Experience with change management or user adoption programs
- Familiarity with persona‑based learning, design thinking, or DITL interviews (plus)
- Microsoft 365 / Modern Work certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
Important Details:
· Employment Type: Contract
· Work Location: Columbus, OH (100% Onsite – Day 1)
· Target Bill Rate: $75/hr – $80/hr
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
