Hiring: Project Manager SAP ECC / S/4HANA
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Contract Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead external partner readiness for a major ERP transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead external partner readiness activities
Coordinate with business teams, IT, system integrators, and external partners
Manage readiness checklists covering systems, interfaces, data, testing, training, cutover & hypercare
Track actions, owners, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
Drive partner engagement and Day 1 readiness
Support go-live, cutover, and hypercare planning
Provide clear status reporting and readiness dashboards
Required Skills:
Strong Project Management experience in ERP / SAP / Supply Chain / Manufacturing
SAP program experience; S/4HANA migration or ECC transformation preferred
Strong stakeholder and external partner management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with RAID logs, action trackers, readiness checklists, and dashboards
Ability to work across APAC, US, and occasional EMEA hours
Preferred Skills:
English + Mandarin bilingual
OSAT / CEM / contract manufacturing / logistics / supplier experience
Semiconductor / High-Tech Manufacturing / Supply Chain background
Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Smartsheet, or Jira
Change Management / Business Readiness experience
