Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Architect / QE Lead to define and drive enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation architecture, CI/CD integration, non-functional testing, and DevOps-driven quality practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement enterprise-level QE strategy and roadmap.
Design scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, mobile, and backend applications.
Architect CI/CD quality gates and integrate automated testing into DevOps pipelines.
Establish test data management and test environment strategies.
Lead non-functional testing initiatives including performance, security, scalability, and resilience testing.
Define and track quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in quality processes, tools, and automation coverage.
Mentor QA teams and provide technical leadership across enterprise programs.
