Belcan is seeking a skilled Program Manager who will provide daily project and coordination support to the GE9X Product Ops Team. The resource will support readiness and on-time delivery of GE9X engines, including propulsors from Durham Engine Assembly (DEA) and fan cases from Batesville (BCO) to Pebbles (PTO) for assembly and testing, and support final delivery of completed engines to the customer. The resource is responsible for long-term planning, ordering, receiving, of engine tooling and ensuring that all the various engine, propulsor and fan shipping stands are available to support GE9X testing, certification, and production efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with engineering to validate BOM data, drawing revisions, and configuration details needed for RFCs.
* Manage ETQ RFC creation, track certification readiness, and present status updates in daily compliance meetings.
* Own tooling action plans, coordinate weekly cross-functional tooling meetings, and ensure proper planning for tooling, engine stands, and lease pool/spare stand needs.
* Partner with buyers and engineering to create RFQs, place requisitions/POs, and engage suppliers to confirm schedules and delivery commitments.
* Coordinate shipping requests with GE Traffic and support implementation of tooling changes, service bulletins, and emergency modifications.

Qualifications:
* 3-7 years in Aerospace, manufacturing, supply chain, or project/program coordination
* Bachelor"s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
* Strong coordination and communication; comfort working with Excel and enterprise systems (ETQ, SSS, STRTS, scheduling/project tools) preferred
* Prior experience in aerospace tooling and/or operations support.
* Familiarity with GE Aviation systems and processes is strongly preferred.
* Due to the nature of the work ship is required.

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $35.00-$40.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
