Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year
A bit about us:We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and machine learning systems. This role will partner cross-functionally with business and technical teams to build scalable data solutions, translate complex insights, and help shape AI-driven strategy.
This is a highly visible role requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on LLM-based solutions
- Build and optimize data models and pipelines to support analytics and AI initiatives
- Support AI development lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and deliver data-driven solutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and scalability
- Act as a thought partner to the business-bringing a solutions-oriented mindset to challenges
- Own problems end-to-end, from concept through execution and iteration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering); Master's or Ph.D. is a plus, but not required
- Strong experience in data science, AI, or machine learning
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (required)
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Strong SQL skills
- Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models
- Experience supporting AI development and ML training workflows
Preferred Experience
- Industry experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or fintech
- Exposure to productionizing AI models in enterprise environments
- Experience working with large-scale or complex datasets
