Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Engineer to validate and ensure the quality of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual testing of ServiceNow applications, with exposure to ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) being a plus.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Software QA experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow QA experience.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules including:
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Service Catalog
  • CMDB
  • Knowledge Management
  • Request Management
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and forms.
• Experience creating and executing:
  • Test Plans
  • Test Cases
  • Test Scenarios
  • Regression Test Suites
• Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for defect management.
• Experience with REST API testing using Postman is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL for backend validation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
• Experience testing ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications.
• Experience validating ServiceNow upgrades and releases.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and/or automated test cases.
• Validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform regression testing for new releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and administrators to resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Prepare QA reports and provide testing sign-off for production deployments.
