Summary

Required Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in IAM automation.
Strong scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Java).
Hands-on experience with at least one major IAM platform (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID).
Experience implementing SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience integrating REST APIs and web services.
Knowledge of LDAP, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
Strong understanding of cloud IAM concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

IAM or security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications).
Experience with Zero Trust security models.
Knowledge of container security and Kubernetes RBAC.
Experience in financial services, healthcare, telecom, or federal environments.
