Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint execution.

  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile project management tools.

  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.

  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of SDLC, software delivery processes, and CI/CD practices.

  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams in complex projects.

  • Knowledge of Agile metrics, delivery forecasting, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira AI, or Azure AI to improve Agile planning and team productivity.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change-management skills.
