Required Skills & Experience - 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, audit, compliance, or business operations
- Strong background in compliance auditing, asset management, or sales quality analysis
- Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and trend analysis
- Ability to identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and root causes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks and performance baselining
