Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle DBA) with strong hands-on experience in Oracle GoldenGate for database administration, replication, migration, and high-availability environments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Oracle databases.
Manage and support Oracle GoldenGate replication environments.
Configure and troubleshoot GoldenGate Extract, Data Pump, and Replicat processes.
Monitor replication latency, lag, errors, and overall GoldenGate performance.
Perform database migrations, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
Troubleshoot Oracle database performance, connectivity, and replication issues.
Implement and maintain high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
Perform database health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Work with development and application teams to resolve database-related issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support processes.

Required Skills

Strong experience as an Oracle DBA.
Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate (OGG).
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture and administration.
Experience with GoldenGate replication, Extract, Data Pump, and Replicat.
Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, backup and recovery.
Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Experience with Oracle database migration and upgrades.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle 12c/18c/19c/21c.
Experience with GoldenGate Microservices Architecture.
Experience with cloud-based Oracle environments such as OCI/AWS/Azure.
Experience supporting large-scale production databases.
Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.
