Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - COBOL
- JCL
- Mainframe
- DB2 Z/OS
- Experience in application development, enhancement, and production support
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in Mainframe environments
- Experience working in Agile or enterprise delivery environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong experience with Mainframe Technologies
- CICS
- VSAM
- Hands-on experience with DB2 on z/OS
- Experience in application development, enhancement, and production support
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in Mainframe environments
- Experience working in Agile or enterprise delivery environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Unix/Linux experience with shell scripting
- Exposure to Teradata
- Experience with batch processing and scheduling tools
- Retail or enterprise application experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, development
