Hyland Onbase Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hyland OnBase Developer with a strong background in software development, specifically in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Health Information Management (HIM). The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in developing and implementing OnBase solutions to enhance healthcare operations. This role requires a deep understanding of OnBase functionalities and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions tailored to meet the needs of healthcare clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of OnBase applications.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while developing solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on OnBase functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with the latest OnBase features and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Hyland OnBase, specifically in EHR and HIM environments.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., C#, Java, SQL).
• Experience with OnBase workflow design and implementation.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
