Pay & Schedule- Starting Pay: $20.05 per hour
- Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Overtime: Available based on production needs
Key Responsibilities- Set up and prepare production equipment for daily operations
- Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe performance
- Keep production lines supplied and running at expected standards
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Perform machine adjustments using hand and power tools
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work with the production team to meet operational goals
Tools & Equipment Used- Production equipment interface screens
- Tape measures and precision measuring tools
- Scissors, hook knives, and putty knives
- Air-powered impact wrenches
- General hand tools and maintenance equipment
What We\'re Looking For- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
