Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager to support an anticipated federal program.
This is a hybrid position and requires an active Secret Clearance. The Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager will apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions related to strategic communications and/or change management.
Required Skills - At least 12 years of progressive experience supporting organizational change management, human capital development, workforce training, and/or process improvement for State and/or Federal Government agencies and/or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills: - Five (5) years of concurrent experience providing strategic communications support in DoW for a one-star general or equivalent civilian, or higher grade.
$188,000 - $200,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
