Project Manager - ServiceNow
Richmond VA
12 months (Hybrid)
$60.00 - 62.10/hr
Position Summary
The APSE Vulnerability Simplification Team is staffing a project manager to drive our design and implementation of our ServiceNow Knowledge Base.
This role is focused on augmenting the team by adding skills that address current bottlenecks, particularly in the migration of Knowledge Management content and processes to ServiceNow.
Migration of knowledge related to security vulnerability remediation
Lead the migration of our existing content and supporting processes from current state of confluence to ServiceNow KB
Design how our KB will be organized in ServiceNow
Structure hierarchy templates
Define personas involved
Develop a plan to maintain existing content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Translate existing operating routines into target environment
Manage project routines and leadership communication to ensure leadership visibility of the work.
Serve as an advocate coach-trainer to our team on the KMS module on SN
Develop and document workflows and procedures for migration.
Provide training and support to end-users' post-migration.
Experienced Project Manager
7+ years of experience in design and implementation of knowledge module (KMS) in ServiceNow
Working knowledge of other modules outside of KMS
Strong knowledge of other ServiceNow platform modules (CMDB, ITSM).
Experience in Knowledge Management systems and processes, including overseeing a team of technical writers creating content.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
In a dynamic fast-pasted environment
Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Implementation
KCS certification
Prior experience in IT Change Leadership roles
Familiarity with agile methodologies
AI experience, exposure to Copilot
5+ years' experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Module is preferred
Working with patching or some technical domain
