Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Data Center Migration, Infrastructure Transformation, and Cloud Modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, drive requirements and migration activities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful validation and cutover.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Support Data Center Migration, Consolidation, and Modernization programs.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Business stakeholders.
- Maintain RAID logs, migration trackers, action items, and program documentation.
- Coordinate UAT, validation, cutover readiness, and business sign-offs.
- Perform and coordinate data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.
- Identify migration risks, business impacts, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation plans.
- Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and program status updates.
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and effective issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Center, or IT Transformation programs.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Hands-on understanding of Data Center Migration and Infrastructure Transformation.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong RAID management and migration tracking experience.
- Experience with UAT, data validation, reconciliation, cutover, and post-migration activities.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Power BI
