Summary

IDR is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves analyzing business data, leading requirements gathering sessions, and designing dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making within a dynamic environment.

Position Overview for the Senior Data Analyst:

Support business units by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to elicit requirements and document business processes.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis and quality assessment.
Design dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures to monitor and enhance organizational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements for the Senior Data Analyst:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
At least 8 years of experience with integrated eligibility systems, including full SDLC involvement.
Proven experience in business analysis and data analysis.
Extensive SQL skills, with the ability to create and execute complex joins.
Experience analyzing data quality and designing dashboards with KPIs.
