Job Description
Looking for a resource for about 6 months to help with executive communications and executive level report specifically in the AI Cyber area. I was thinking like a junior person from one of the consulting firms, i.e. – PWC, KPMG, E/Y. as I believe they have the necessary skill set of executive-level reporting and visualization vs. a contractor.
Here is what I put together for the role and responsibilities.
Role Summary
Provide strategic communications support for large-scale technology and transformation initiatives in the cyber security area, with a focus on executive-level reporting, leadership messaging, and visual storytelling. The consultant will partner with technology, cybersecurity, operations, and program leadership teams to translate complex technical work into clear, concise, and actionable communications for senior executives and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop executive-ready communications for major technology programs, transformation initiatives, and operational priorities.
Translate complex technical concepts, delivery updates, risks, and dependencies into concise business-oriented messaging.
Create high-impact executive presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and leadership talking points.
Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and graphics that simplify complex information and highlight key insights.
Support governance forums, steering committees, operating reviews, and executive reporting cycles.
Collaborate with program managers, architects, cybersecurity leaders, and operational teams to gather and synthesize information.
Develop communication frameworks, narrative structures, and presentation standards that improve consistency and executive consumption.
Produce materials under tight timelines while maintaining high standards for accuracy, polish, and visual quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, digital transformation, or operational programs.
Strong executive communications and storytelling capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical content for non-technical executive audiences.
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills required.
Strong proficiency in visual communication, including process flows, conceptual graphics, operating models, timelines, and executive dashboards.
Excellent writing, editing, and synthesis skills.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Fortune 500 or highly regulated environments.
Familiarity with technology governance, transformation delivery models, or cybersecurity reporting.
Experience developing communications for C-suite or board-level audiences.
Background working within consulting firms or enterprise PMO organizations.
