Manufacturing Process Technician - NS

ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician - NS with a pharmaceutical company. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with our client located in New Albany, OH. This is a fully onsite position.

Shift: This is a night shift position, working Monday-Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Overtime on some Fridays may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule operations
• Perform initial review of manufacturing procedures/batch records
• Train Manufacturing Operators and Associate Manufacturing on process theory
• Draft and revise more complex documents (e.g., MPs, SOPs, technical reports, validation documents, investigation reports, etc)
• Audit critical records
• Propose corrective action for Quality incidents
• Assist and plan improvement implementation related to routine functions
• Interact with other departments to implement planned improvements
• Identify and propose solutions to complex problems
• Perform data analysis (e.g., SPC, CPV) of critical process parameters
• Lead capacity for equipment/process operations
• Support new product introduction and product life cycle

Requirements:

• High school/GED and 1 year of work or military experience, OR an Associate's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in an FDA regulated environment
• Mechanical ability/expertise
• Basic statistical mathematical skills
• Technical writing capability
• GMP knowledge with ability to interpret and apply
• Punctuality, honesty, and integrity

Desired skills:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience

Pay range: Up to $26.79 per Hour
