Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Location :  Onsite (5 days a week) in Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX

Job Responsibilities :

•       Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform applications, ensuring scalability, security, and governance.

• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps best practices (CI/CD via Salesforce DX, Git, and pipeline tooling).

·        Design and implement MuleSoft-based integrations connecting Salesforce to enterprise systems including Documentum, Excalibur, SAP, and legacy platforms.

•       Own and drive Salesforce data architecture including data modeling, object relationships, and schema governance across multi-org environments.

•       Leverage Agentic AI platforms (Windsurf, Devin, or equivalent) daily for accelerated story creation, code generation, test automation, and design documentation.

•       Ensure solutions adhere to NERC, utility-sector compliance standards, and audit-ready documentation requirements.

•       Support security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and AppExchange product governance.

·        Collaboration & Delivery.

Required Skills :

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.

• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform internals.

• Strong experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware patterns).

• Proven track record in data migration projects — ETL design, transformation logic, reconciliation, and cutover execution.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling.

• Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context.

• Experience in Experience Cloud / Community portals, Service Cloud case management, and workflow automation.

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (required); Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer (strongly preferred).

Required Education :  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
