Member Portal Payer Domain Business Analyst

Key Requirements (Summary):

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 10+ years healthcare payer experience in BSA/System Analysis

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, ACA, and commercial plans

• Experience with member portals / digital self-service platforms

• Skilled in BRD, FRD, user stories, STTM, process mapping, gap analysis

• SQL for data validation and profiling

• Experience with enterprise data platforms, APIs, middleware

• Strong communication between business and technical teams

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Familiar with UX, accessibility, modern digital design
