Job Summary:
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of strong React and Angular experience for application support and enhancement of web applications.
Job Description:
- Support and maintain web applications built using strong React and Angular frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and provide effective support.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Utilize advanced JavaScript skills for frontend debugging and minor feature enhancements.
- Document support procedures and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
- Participate in application deployment and release management activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in application support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for application support related to React and Angular based applications.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to frontend technologies with a strong focus on React and Angular.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including developers QA and business analysts to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide timely updates and status reports to stakeholders regarding issue resolution and application health.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise on React Angular and JavaScript best practices.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React Angular and related frontend technologies.
