About the Role
We are hiring a Backend Engineer to help build advanced Generative AI (GenAI) services and infrastructure. This role focuses on enabling enterprise design teams to leverage emerging trend data through scalable systems, empowering rapid analysis and decision-making.

Job Description
As a Backend Engineer, you will:

  • Develop and maintain backend services for GenAI applications.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for cleaning, tagging, and indexing data.
  • Integrate external data sources and ensure efficient data flow.
  • Deploy applications in containerized environments.
  • Collaborate in an Agile engineering environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of emerging GenAI frameworks and patterns to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and object storage (e.g., S3).
  • Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience building data infrastructure and integrating external data sources.
  • Familiarity with Agentic GenAI concepts such as Context Engineering and RAG.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Knowledge of Poetry for dependency management.
  • Familiarity with Redis and vector databases.
  • Understanding of commercial AI ecosystems (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT).
