Android Developer (Exp-7+Years)-Full Time-Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with 6+ years of mobile application development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Native Android, Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Jetpack, and modern Android architecture.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications while collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams. Strong experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, REST APIs, Coroutines, and Android performance optimization is highly desirable.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and XML-based UI.
• Strong experience with MVVM / Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
• Strong experience integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with Retrofit / OkHttp / GSON.
• Experience with Git and Gradle.
• Experience with unit and UI testing.
• Strong debugging and application performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality native Android applications.
• Develop scalable mobile features using Kotlin and Java.
• Build modern user interfaces using Jetpack Compose and XML.
• Implement scalable application architecture using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Repository patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Implement asynchronous operations using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
• Develop reusable and maintainable Android components.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application crashes, defects, and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Write unit, integration, and UI automation tests.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, product, and UI/UX teams.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
