Position: PeopleSoft FSCM L2/L3 Support Lead (Onsite)
Location: Durham, NC (Relocation; Ok)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 application support for PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues; design/develop customizations using PeopleTools (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, SQR).
Collaborate with business users for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and alignment; oversee testing and documentation.
Lead offshore-onsite coordination, handoffs, and TCS point responsibilities: supervise teams, manage projects from planning/budgeting to execution, and act as POC for clients/contractors/management.
Mentor development/support teams and ensure efficient operations.

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 FSCM support (General Ledger, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts).
Expert in PeopleTools: Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, SQR.
Strong business process knowledge (Order to Cash - O2C); troubleshooting/problem-solving.
Offshore-onsite coordination; excellent communication.

Desirable: Oracle PeopleSoft Technical, Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 O2C Process.
