We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead the technical delivery of HR Service Delivery or Customer Service Management solutions. This role requires a consultative expert capable of facilitating discovery workshops to gather customer requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow architectures. The ideal candidate holds a CIS-HRSD or CIS-CSM certification and possesses a strong technical foundation as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Citizen Developer. You will be responsible for end-to-end configuration, from workflow automation in Flow Designer to ensuring all builds align with ServiceNow out-of-the-box best practices.

responsibilities:
- Technical Design & Lead: Own the technical delivery of ServiceNow HRSD or CSM modules from inception to Go-Live.
- Advanced Configuration: Build and configure complex ServiceNow workflows, including Lifecycle Events, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Portals.
- Workshop Execution: Lead technical discovery sessions to identify ServiceNow integration points, data schema requirements, and security/access needs.
- Citizen Development Oversight: Guide and govern citizen developers within the organization to ensure their low-code contributions meet ServiceNow platform standards.
- System Administration: Perform environment health checks and ensure that all implementations follow a ServiceNow out-of-the-box first philosophy to minimize technical debt.
qualifications:
Must hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) designation in either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Citizen Developer.
Workshop Experience: Proven track record of leading technical discovery workshops to extract and document complex customer requirements.
Implementation Expertise: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD or CSM modules, including Lifecycle Events, Case Management, and Service Portals.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data schemas.
Business Analysis: Strong ability to translate business pain points into technical user stories and process maps.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
